An Experiential Music Festival at Bukit Tinggi
Knight Castle 2009 sent over five thousands music lovers back to the medieval times to celebrate the unity of past and present music creations at the cool and invigorating setting of Bukit Tinggi.
Set at the nostalgic premise of the French Village, five world-renowned DJs, including DJ Sander Van Doorn (Netherlands), DJ Woody Van Eyden (Netherlands), DJ Scott Alert (Australia), DJ Shary (Indonesia) and DJ Nikki (M’sia), unleashed a night of knighthood merriment with their most exuberant and infectious beats.
Our local talent DJ Nikki kicked start the night and set the pace with her signature tech and trance tunes before the hottest female DJ from Indonesia, DJ Shary took charge of the deck and astonished the unsuspecting crowd with killer beauty and energetic tempo.
When DJ Shary graciously left the crowd panting for more, DJ Woody charged up and staged a wave of eclectic sensation that swept the crowd off their feet. Brimmed with action and emotion, Woody’s fully energized DJ-style filled the night sky, and he totally blew everyone’s mind with his trance Balearic and elegant beats with a blend of funky grooves.
Towards midnight, DJ Sander conquered the dance floor by storm with popular demanded tracks such “Roundabout” from his Sam Sharp moniker and “The Bass” just to name a few. Sander demonstrated an almost magical styling skill overwhelmed with diversity and pleasant surprises, and his beats thrust the pulse of every soul present. Thereafter, Scott Alert brilliantly drove the celebration towards a piercing climax before closing the night in a glorious fashion.
The nightlong fiesta was jointly presented by Pentagon Matrix and Maison KL, and supported by Astro Hitz, Turn It Up, Spotlite, Malaysian Today and Time Out KL.
