Ellie Goulding Shy to speak to the Fun frontman Nate Ruess
Ellie Goulding first had to overcome her shyness when she met for the first time on the ‘Fun’ frontman Nate Ruess. The ‘I Need Your Love’ interpreter had been too nervous to talk to the singer when she met him in a hotel lobby for the first time.
Compared with MTV News, she says: “We were together in Australia on tour, Fun, Azealia Banks and others, he ran into a hotel lobby past me, Later he wrote me an e- mail, ‘I am.. just walked past you and was too shy to tell you hello’, and I replied, I was shy too!”
But the two quickly became good friends and Ruess worked on Goulding’s song ‘Goodness Gracious‘. She says: “We began to spend and understood time together us right away He’s a fantastic songwriter I love his style of writing, we were running together and realized that we have a very similar taste in music Then we decided… to work together, no matter what.”
