LA LA LANDS Storming Japan Charts
La La Lands is the brainchild of two of the UK’s most respected producer-song writing duos, Mister P and Christos. With careers that span back to the late 90’s both are responsible for some of music’s most credible international dance anthems.
In 1997 Mister P produced the song Passion, which became the seventh best selling single of that year in the UK. During the mid 2000’s he formed the producer/songwriting partnership with Christos under the sound system-inspired Supafly. The duo’s first slice of recognition was the Ibiza smash ‘Pleasure Love’ hailed by MixMag as the best dance single of 2000, this was to be the first of many successes and it set the precedence for a reign of hit’s including two international number one’s, ‘Let’s get down’ and ‘Moving too fast’.
Further to a world tour, where they performed to crowds of up to 50,000 Mister P and Christos also secured their position within the glitterati circuit, performing for some of the world’s richest and most influential people. Now after taking time out to focus on their independent projects, 2012 marks the anticipated return of Supafly to the centre stage.
Their latest heavyweight creation is the album project “L∆ L∆ L∆ND”. This live dance music masterpiece already boasts massive collaborations with a host of cutting edge artists and the debut single, ‘Not all about the Money’ with Timberland has already become a smash hit across Europe and the Far East. Ministry of Sound “This is one of the strongest urban-dance cross over tracks we’ve heard in a long time”.
L∆ L∆ L∆NDS music is an intoxicating mixture of hip-hop, club and electro beats that will undoubtedly be the soundtracks to many a late night party for a long time to come.
