March 2015 Week #1 EDM Highlights
Missed out last week EDM highlights, but no worries! Lots more coming & happening events, music festivals for 2015. Here are some of this week highlights compiled.
Star Wars fans attended music festival in Tatooine
Electronic music festival-goers & Star Wars fans can now attend music festival in sand desert Tatooine. Thousands attended this year Dunes Electroniques festival, held in Nefta in Tunisia (exactly the place where Star Wars were filmed!). Fans can dress up themselves in their favorite costumes, from Darth Vader or Jedi knight costumes. Dunes Electroniques 2015 featured Kolsch, Superpitcher and Derrick May to Nefta town.
Atlanta-based TomorrowWorld 2015 returns and unleashes first lineups for this year’s festival. Full lineups to be announced soon, among the acts includes Revealed Recordings, Hospital Recordings, All Gone Pete Tong, Drumcode Records, Paradise, Smash The House, Q-Dance, Future Classic, Full On, Huh What Where & Trance Addict. The 3-day music festival will take place September 25- 27.
No selfie stick for you this year at Ultra Music Festival
The organisers of Ultra Music Festival banned the use of selfie sticks at the music festival this year. No pole gadgets are allowed including glow sticks, face masks as well. UMF Korea Announces Phase Two Lineup
Big names announced for UMF Korea which will take place at the Olympic Stadium in Seoul on June 12 & 13. Big stars for the first phase includes Alesso, Hardwell, Knife Party, David Guetta, 2ManyDJs, DVBBS, MOTi, Quintino, Porter Robinson, Galantis.
