TREC KL Reveals Phase 2 Opening At The Hive
With the recent opening of luxury automotive Mercedes-Benz Cycle & Carriage Bintang TREC Autohaus showroom, which now lights up the perimeter of the bustling Jalan Tun Razak at TREC, comes the opening of the upscale restaurant-lounge Supperclub that transforms into a dance club as the night grows.
From May, another two F&B brands, The Social and Hugos by Modestos, are targeted to open at Electric Boulevard, bringing the number of venues to nearly 20 at TREC – just before the estate welcomes more F&B brands at Phase 2.
Cher Ng, TREC’s Managing Director and one of the two Founders, says: “This is an exciting time for TREC, as we launch the campaign to lead up to Phase 2. Phase 2 that is The Hive will see some unique dining / F&B concepts that will complement the current brands at Electric Boulevard, offering visitors a greater choice and experience.”
TREC is endorsed under the NKEA EPP 8 Programme and the estate is part of KL Master Tourism Plan 2015 – 2025. It is also the only estate in the city to be awarded the 5am operating licence.
TREC’s co-founder Dato’ Douglas Cheng adds: “TREC has put an authoritative stamp as the premier lifestyle destination to wine & dine since the opening of Electric Boulevard. We’re committed to further raising the bar at TREC with Phase 2.”
PHASE 2 – The Hive
The coming of Phase 2 will be led by The Hive, a stylish 2-block cluster of double-storey semi-D spaces, each with dual views at the front and back. Adding the glitz to The Hive is three-storey Le Noir – a brand from Singapore that will house a live music / acoustic area, DJ lounge and rooftop bar, with a cocktail list and light bites menu.
The Cloak & Dagger will feature a British-themed lounge with an alfresco area, a nightclub and a rooftop bar. Byblos Cafe & Lounge’s delectable menu highlights the Mediterranean/Lebanese cuisines.
Other new brands include another well-known bar-lounge from Singapore, and an established eatery from Hong Kong.
